Unlike our last trip to the middle of nowhere in Italy where we got lost on a deserted gravel country road in the middle of night with bats flying around – and no cell signal today the expedition went a lot better. We are still in the middle of nowhere, high up on the mountain top, up the gravel road about 5 km from the nearest village. Buccia Nera is an Agriturismo. We have a beautiful and huge apartment with all the comforts and necessities. Let’s put it this way, our bathroom here is bigger than the room we had in London. The views are spectacular, the wine is amazing, the pool is great and the peace and quiet are absolutely priceless. Coming back to Italy and Tuscany in general really feels like coming home. WE just love it here.
Gorgeous. Insane jealousy. Show us the pool please and the jealousy will reach new heights.
Deal, pictures of the pool coming up tomorrow after breakfast, we are hoping to spent a better part of the morning and early afternoon there before we set off to Arezzo to explore it a bit.
Alrighty. We’ll be at the beach while we wait for it!! 😉 have a good day!
I hope it is just as hot there as it is here. It really is nice to have this pool all to ourselves!
It was “only” 26 today, which is just fine! 🙂
It is almost 11pm, and Anna went home because it is too chilly right now – it’s only 25C. I love this place.
