In one respect Nuremberg is like Edmonton.  We have either the worst or the second worst football club in the German Bundesliga – FC Nuremberg, much like Edmonton with its hockey team or Williams in Formula 1.  Sure they were all champion teams at one point in time but it was so long ago no one can remember it anymore, it’s been so long it is more of a myth than a fact.  However, having said that, Evelina today is lifting everyone’s hopes and spirits by getting out to play soccer.  Today was the first practice.  We spent half an afternoon at an Adidas store, trying to pick out the right equipment.  There are no pictures of the drills as parents are invited to leave and not hover around their kids.
