This morning we are setting off for Nairobi with our trusted driver Joseph.  However, because we are in such a remote part of the park Manfred will drive us down the mountain in the Land Cruiser, we will cross the river and meet up with Joseph on a much more accessible road where his off road vehicle is more capable of navigating around.  For the first time on this trip we spotted hippos first thing in the morning on the pasture eating grass and it was right in the valley below the deck where we were having a hearty breakfast.  Giraffes, elephant, antelopes  and zebras too came to say goodbye, what a splendid time this was.
