A place like Ørestad could not possibly have an ordinary playground.  Located in the grassy field across the canal is a massive park.  In the park, there is a massive ship which is about 80m long with steps, benches and a playhouse and a bunch of rocks to climb on.  Not far from the ship is a bug forest, which is a set of full grown tree trunks placed very close together that makes you feel as small as a bug.  It is perfect for playing tag or hide and seek.  Further still is a huge fire pit done again in a true Viking style with runes, and sand and stone benches. The playground is all about imagination and play – and it looks spectacular.
