Tragedy

It’s true.  We got some snow overnight.  I don’t think we were mentally ready for it.  Most of what had fallen has disappeared by noon but there are places here and there in the shade where you can still see the white stuff. a whole 1 to 2mm of it.

It was +10 here today. Something to think about.

I keep looking at the temperature in Odense and wondering what has happened to our August Sahara winds we had in Nuremberg. It’s colder here than it is on the coast! On the flip side Edmonton is supposed to be getting another 30cm over the weekend. Crazy.

Yeah, I check Edmonton regularly too. It looks like they’re having a brutal time of it so far. And I’m no climate expert, but aren’t you guys fairly far inland, and as such naturally a bit colder than the coast? Meanwhile the weather here is tolerable in manner of a regular winter and not the crap horror-winters we’ve had the last 3 years running. Here’s hoping it stays that way.

I always though that being closer to coast and so much further north is why three was constant rain and cold. I suppose we are a lot closer to the mountains, either way I am not shovelling it so it really does not pain me that much. It’s all good.
